Online Store Terms

11. Orders

Orders are not confirmed until processed and dispatched.

13. Natural Variations

All prices are in AUD.

  • Prices exclude shipping unless stated otherwise

If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

15. Payment

Payment must be made in full at time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

16. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for large items
  • Large or bulky items may require custom freight quotes after purchase

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be impacted by:

  • supplier delays
  • courier delays
  • stock availability
  • external events

We are not liable for delays outside our control.

Delivery costs are non-refundable.

17. Lead Times & Availability

Not all products are held in stock.

  • Items may be made-to-order or sourced from suppliers
  • Customers are responsible for requesting lead times prior to purchase
  • Estimated lead times are not guaranteed

18. Risk & Title

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

Ownership transfers once:

  • full payment is received
  • goods are dispatched

19. Residential Use Only

All products sold are intended for residential use only.

Use in commercial, hospitality, or high-traffic environments:

  • voids any applicable warranties (where permitted by law)
  • is at the customer’s risk

20. Care Instructions

Customers must follow all care and maintenance instructions.

Failure to do so may:

  • void warranties
  • impact product lifespan
  • result in damage not covered by remedies

21. Damaged Deliveries

Customers must report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide:

  • clear photographs
  • packaging images
  • description of damage

Failure to report within this timeframe may impact claims.

22. Lost Deliveries

If marked delivered but not received:

  • notify us immediately
  • investigations will be conducted with the courier

Outcomes are subject to courier findings.

Returns, Refunds & Faults

23. Change of Mind

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

At our sole discretion, exceptions may be approved and may incur:

  • a restocking fee of 15%–35% depending on supplier
  • return shipping at customer expense

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

24. Excluded Returns

No returns for:

  • custom or made-to-order items
  • personalised items
  • clearance/sale items
  • used, installed, or assembled items

25. Faulty or Damaged Products

Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery for faults.

You must provide:

  • images
  • description of issue

All fault claims are:

  • assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law
  • subject to manufacturer assessment and instructions

Resolutions may include:

  • repair
  • replacement
  • refund (where required under ACL)

26. Manufacturer Warranties

  • Not all products carry warranties
  • Warranties vary by manufacturer
  • We pass on manufacturer warranties where applicable

We do not provide additional warranties beyond those required by law.

27. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to:

  • replacement or refund for major failures
  • repair or replacement for minor failures

Where permitted, our liability is limited to:

  • repair
  • replacement
  • resupply
  • cost reimbursement

28. Freight & Handling Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • courier delays
  • handling damage outside our control
  • access issues at delivery locations

Customers must ensure:

  • safe access
  • correct delivery details

Re-delivery fees may apply.

29. Chargebacks

Customers must contact us first before initiating a chargeback.

We reserve the right to:

  • dispute chargebacks
  • submit evidence including delivery confirmation

30. Fraud Prevention

  • cancel suspicious orders

31. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

32. Suppliers & Contractors

  • their delays
  • their workmanship
  • their warranties beyond legal obligations
